House of MOGUL: The Founder’s Collection Arrives<\/strong><\/p>

Eight years after MOGUL Magazine launched, founder Char Lawrence introduces a luxury accessories line built around a single argument \u2014 that the woman wearing the work has already earned her place at the table.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For most of the last century, the word mogul<\/em> was a man’s word. Oil barons. Media kings. Men photographed in business sections with cigars and dark wood panelling. The word did not picture women like us.<\/p>\n

That changed slowly, then all at once. By the time MOGUL Magazine launched in 2018, the word had begun to belong to a different kind of woman \u2014 Fearless, accomplished, building empires that didn’t yet have language. The magazine gave them the language. Now, eight years and thirty issues later, the magazine gives them something to wear.<\/p>\n

House of MOGUL<\/a> is the accessories line we have been building toward without naming it. A luxury house emerging from a luxury publication, made for the women already inside it.<\/p>\n

The first collection opens with The Mogul<\/strong> \u2014 a gold-plated stainless steel wordmark brooch, two inches wide on the lapel, presented in a quilted red box. The brand’s name made wearable. It is the kind of piece you give yourself the morning of a meeting you have been preparing for for years, or the day a deal closes, or the evening you walk into a room it took you a decade to reach. It is the kind of piece that names you.<\/p>\n

Joining The Mogul in the founding collection: a limited release of eyewear in the House signature. Further pieces will be released in due course.<\/p>\n

House of MOGUL<\/a> is not a magazine extension. It is its own house. The accessories line answers a question the magazine has been asking from the first issue: what does the woman on the cover wear when she is not on the cover? What does she carry into the meetings the magazine writes about? What does she put on when she has decided, finally, to celebrate herself?<\/p>\n
