I\u2019ve never been to the UK but I hope to visit one day. I\u2019m from Forest, Mississippi. I\u2019m an artist and songwriter. Music is a way for me to express my thoughts and feelings in a melodic artful way.<\/p>\n Before you decided to focus on your music career, what jobs have you had in the past? <\/b><\/p>\n I worked in the fast food industry at McDonald\u2019s and Wendy\u2019s. I always knew it was temporary and just a way to fund my music career. I even worked at FedEx for a little bit.<\/p>\n Was there a moment growing up when you knew you had to make a change for yourself?<\/b><\/p>\n As soon as my mom went overseas to be in the military because of how poor we were, that was a wake up call for me. I knew she had to in order for us to have a better life. It was then that I knew I had to make a change, not just for myself, but for my family.<\/p>\n Have you always wanted to be an artist? What are your thoughts on manifestation? <\/b><\/p>\n I always wanted to be the best at whatever I did and the best version of myself. I think I was around 14 when I knew I wanted to be a musical artist and the best at it. I feel like manifestation is most definitely real, especially when you speak certain things into existence.<\/p>\n What can we expect from your upcoming single Selfish ft RL? Tell us about that collaboration.<\/b><\/p>\n You can expect real authentic music. A rap and R&B essence from the track followed by melodies and dope lyrics. It\u2019s a really nice hit.<\/p>\n
