After the hectic year we’ve all had, this Christmas is about rest, relaxation, self-care, and pampering. Pop-out the Bottega Champagne, get your favourite snacks, binge on some Netflix and give your feet the care they deserve.
I am super excited to share with you Footner‘s amazing Exfoliating Socks. Although you will spend the holidays lounging, your feet can still be soft, pretty and presentable. Footner’s Exfoliating Socks will give you the at-home pedicure experience you need in your life.
The exfoliating socks are plastic, and contain a unique solution that will help break down dead skin on your feet over time. The unique solution is a mixture of glycolic acid, mandelic acid, and lactic acid. The exfoliating acid that works by stripping away at dead skin cells on your feet.
How do exfoliating socks work?
Firstly, you’ll need to soak your feet in water for 15 minutes, softly pat them dry and put on the exfoliating socks. Keep on the socks for 1 hour, then take them off and rinse your feet with warm water. Remember to throw the socks in the bin when you are done.
Once the product soaks into your skin, you have to wait for the peeling process to start naturally, taking a few days. Please note that you will not see the results straight away.
It will take five to seven days for the peeling process to start. You will see the dry skin peel off your feet more and more each day.
To speed up the process, you can soak your feet in water every day and do not moisturise them. Please refrain from peeling the skin on your feet too. Once the process is complete, your feet will be smooth and soft for approximately a month. Footner recommends that you wear socks to keep your feet soft and smooth for longer. And there you have it, silky smooth and soft feet with minimal effort on your part.
If you plan to do this treatment regularly, you must leave it for at least three weeks between treatments.
