We catch up with Texas-born fashion brand owner Jade Mcfadden to find out more about the inspiration behind her luxury lifestyle brand.

1. Why did you choose fashion designing as a career?
As a kid, I dreamt of one day becoming a fashion designer, so I turned my dreams into reality.
2. What inspired you to create the luxury fashion brand Jade McFadden?
I, along with my business partner, wanted to bring something new to the industry! We created our lane, created a fashion & lifestyle brand that was unique, affordable luxury catering to women, men, and kids, ranging from fashion, beauty, and grooming to various lifestyle products!
3. If you could collaborate with a fashion house who would it be and why?
LVMH, because I feel the Jade McFadden brand’s aesthetic is similar… clean, classic, yet modern!
4. According to you, what are the necessary skills for becoming a successful fashion designer?
Prayer, hard work, research, dedication, and ambition!
5. Tell us something about your background?
I am from a small town in East Texas (Texarkana), both of my parents are deceased, and even though they are not with me physically, they are here with me spiritually. They’ve instilled resilience in me, and I am forever grateful! I keep God first and continue to accomplish my goals!
6. How would you define your style?
“Vintage-Inspiration, Mod-Liberation”.
7.What can we expect from you over the next year?
Brand expansion. I can’t say too much right now, but there are many amazing things in the works!
